California Bamileké Association (CalBA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of California as a public benefit corporation. It is organized and operated exclusively for public and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code. CalBA is dedicated to working with children and families in California as well as people from educationally and economically disadvantaged families in Cameroon by providing several services that will help them reach their full potential.
Services include: tutoring, mentoring & youth leadership training; computer literacy; career technical & educational support services; financial literacy, asset building & financial coaching services; emergency food, clothing and transportation assistance; intervention services; recreational & cultural activities; information and referral assistance.
